All matched to a glass of beer, wine, cider and gin, this is a decadent yet relaxed affair at Hawke’s Bay’s newest garden bar.
This event also includes the opportunity to meet the makers and a tour of the Zeelandt Brewery, which is sure to delight beer aficionados.
Appetizers (paired w/National Distillery Gin)
• Fresh Te Kouma oyster w/apple garnish.
• Classic Brandade croquette w/herb mayo.
• Heirloom Beetroot, Beet ketchup, black sesame and goat cheese espuma.
Entrée (paired w/Three wise birds Gone Bush – dry hopped cider)
Fish crudo – Fresh mandarin & braised fennel salsa – Mandarin and lime dressing – Dill.
Main Course (paired w/Petane Merlot-Cabernet Franc 2020)

Sides: Mojo roasted potatoes – Caramelized cauliflower, charred puree, capers&lemon dressing – Cabbage salad, bacon and almond.
Dessert (paired w/Zeelandt Schwarzbier -black lager-)
Dark chocolate and orange mousse – Miso caramel – Honeycomb.
