Duncan and Annabel Smith own Patangata Station, positioned on both sides of the amazing Tuki Tuki River. Along with the farm they own the Waipawa Butchery, where they supply all the beef and lamb off Patangata Station. They supply the best pure Angus Heifer and Suffolk Texel ewe lambs. Even the pigs have to be female!! All beef is 21 day dry aged on the bone. The lamb is also hung for 4 days before sale.
