Squeezing four Frenchmen in a shipping crate was not easy, but it was worth it. They now squeeze generations of charcuterie tradition into every L’Authentique product. Hand-crafting quality cuts of free-range & free-farmed NZ meat into sausages, parfait, rillettes & terrine for over ten years, they are now also launching a nitrate free cured meat range and the flexible and fabulous French Grinds for retail. All made from NZ ingredients by imported Frenchmen.
Based in Auckland they will bring the art of charcuterie down to the Hawke's Bay for this FAWC event at Kōtare Estate.
