Chetan Pangam
After moving to New Zealand from India in 2002, Chetan has been a familiar face in the North Island hospitality scene for over twenty years. Chetan has been the President of the NZ Chefs Association Wellington and has competed, Judged and won a number of chef and cooking competitions around New Zealand.
Currently the Executive Chef and Food & Beverage Manager at One80 Restaurant at Copthorne Hotel Wellington, Chetan combines Modern Kiwi flavours with his Indian heritage and French techniques.
