Chris’ menu focuses on seasonal produce, driven by the local Wallingford surrounds with an emphasis on foraging & the use of small passionate, ethical artisans; these hunters, fishermen & cheese makers love their craft. Truffles, herbs and vegetables will be predominantly picked from our very own garden with our Angus beef ultimately sourced from Wallingford farm.
