Will Mordido
Currently residing in Auckland, Will is best known as the first leader of the first team to represent New Zealand at the prestigious Bocuse d ‘Or competition in France in 2023.
Will is once again leading Bocuse d’Or Team New Zealand when they return to the competition in 2024.
