Florencia Menehem

Florencia's foray into a world of culinary arts began in the family kitchen in Argentina.  Learning from her grandmother Mena and great-aunty Biche, young Flor would insist on baking along with them to create plate after plate of sweet treats for Sunday afternoon teas.

From decadent brulee, tarts and mousses served in The Central Fire Station Bistro to the cakes, pastries and scones she fills her cabinets with next door at BAKED, Florencia is certainly regarded as one of Hawke's Bay's finest bakers, pastry chefs and cake artistes.
